Stormtech products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of up to three years from the date of original purchase, excluding normal wear and tear. If a product fails as a result of a manufacturing defect within this three-year period Stormtech will repair the product, without charge, or replace it at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, decorated logos, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
Items purchased online, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of their original date of order. Items must have all original tags attached, be unworn, and in their original new condition.

All shipping costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer. If a replacement item is getting sent back to the customer, Stormtech will pay for this amount.

All shipping to our Warranty Department must be pre-paid and insured. Stormtech cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. All warranty claims must be authorized prior to returning. Stormtech will not bear any responsibility for unauthorized returns. In order to comply with health and safety regulations, as well as for the protection of our staff, we kindly request that all products be cleaned prior to being sent to us. Products that arrive unwashed may be subject to a cleaning fee before assessments can be made.
